When I moved from the UK to Chile in 2011 with my wife and our four children, I was eager to discover three things: how businesses are born and grow, whether Chileans and South Americans could communicate in English, and whether I could start and grow my own company. Founding Pitt English, an English language school based in Santiago, and speaking extensively with various business leaders and entrepreneurs, I realized that many of them not only enjoy communicating in English but also value sharing their experience and journey in the business world. Through interviews with South American managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs on various business topics, The Business Breakfast will use English as the common language to offer insights into the South American business ecosystem and inspire other international leaders to improve their own ventures and their ability to communicate in English.
